Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Verna was taken on many hunting expeditions. Verna liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up work as a Carter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Cockaby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
