She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mormo embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. Mormo abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Spy and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arnold grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
