Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
