History: Born in the west to a Glassblower, Beatrice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She struck the Glassblower job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Rolen was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
