History: Ella was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Gifted from a young age, Olgoth studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
