Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rael embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rael does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his top blue hat.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: She wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. She is portly but not overly obese. Her golden hair is lengthy. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Meena liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
