His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. She has dyed her greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. The war was a terrible time for her, and Hugolina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle
