Description: This man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This malnourished woman dresses like a well dressed Engraver does. Her tied-back hair is golden. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Description: This light-skinned male wears bulky tan painted plate armor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Warryn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Warryn's homeland. Warryn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
