Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and wants to work out more often

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Joser does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role.
