Description: This dark-skinned male has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bowyer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
