History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Ortegar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ortegar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
