Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This slender woman stands about 6'3". She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her crest is cut close to her head. She has gold eyes and a black hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Willow will drive conversation. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At some point she was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Revenge.

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman usually wears her black robe and has her flail always slung over her shoulder. Her red hair is still thick. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Astaro enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Astaro was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Expand her business; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
