Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born in the south to a Beggar, Nora learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nora fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: Shava is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Shava's homeland. Shava decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
