Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Eva was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eva decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
