Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Volen learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a Weaver, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Beggar kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
