Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Cloud was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is a mite stocky and prefers to wear flannel. His long red crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Mreksh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mreksh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is typically in her Mayor uniform. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears bulky blue painted plate armor. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length golden hair. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
