She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Servant for the past few years.
