History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Merla took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and further expansion of business

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cook business.

History: Blossom was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
