Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fulbar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Fulbar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Greethen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored.
