Description: This late middle aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress) and is in decent physical shape. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her mace with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She wears her brown hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Althaea was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
