Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cimer abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
