Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Fistula was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
