Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Bernard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
