He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nedda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born in a small plains village. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and he's in love

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is renowned for her bright red dresses and hats. Her silver hair is wavy and long. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Harriet embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Harriet was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

Motivation: She is greedy; and wishes to resurrect an old love
