Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.
