Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Kelter isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Kelter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He got into the Assassin business at a young age. Through the years after Eldon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Eldon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
