Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his left hand. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length auburn hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.
History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Alice was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She carries with her a set of sais on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She has wavy red hair. She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to settle down with her crush

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is wearing a long, brown cloak. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bowyer business.
History: Vicky was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Vicky was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and to get a good night's sleep
