History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Through the years after Simon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Simon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
