Broce was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Baker job and began her own company from there.
