History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. History: He was raised in a forest tribe. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
