Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for her, and Windy does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in the west. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
