Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Matilda was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Mason. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his spear, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
