History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mary was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She worked as a nervous Barkeep and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult.
