History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His childhood dream was to be a Animal Trainer, but he was a colossal failure. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Gifted from a young age, River studied abroad. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
