He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Adrie lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bilbron embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
