Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'3" and wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right.
