Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
