Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Burto is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He became a Carpenter soon after.
