History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mardnab was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To be a Carpenter again.

Description: An older woman who is dressed in earthy colors with a green and grey handkerchief worn on her right side, she is not a threatening figure. Her blue hair, when down, is lengthy. She has gold eyes.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it
