Personality: Râsh is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Râsh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Râsh. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Gruk took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Alex was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
