He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Ûgakûga was taken on many hunting expeditions. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Xappan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
