Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She wears her brown hair down. She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cora isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. The war was a terrible time for her, and Cora does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. During her travels, Cora and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cora discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cora fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
