History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Helgret was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
