History: Born in the east to a Miller, Ootah learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Miller. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a great chef.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Conrad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job
