History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. He found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
