Description: This malnourished man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Naal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Irann grew up listening to her father's many stories. A freak accident while working with her Weaver father left her crippled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. He wears his red hair down. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Nelkin was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nelkin took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His black crest is lengthy. His gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Srorthen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he wants revenge against gnolls
