History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Jacoba alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
