Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
