Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Vondal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Vondal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student she started as a Bookbinder, but she got bored and became a Scribe. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Scribe, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and retire the richest man in the south
