He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 2'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
